You can talk to your agent to see if they will cover you, but I'm sure that the insurance company won't do it. You were uninsured at the time. I hope that the people that got in the wreck with you had uninsured motorist, if they do it will cover their claim and the insurance company will come after you for the money. You can't get out of this and you will have to pay. This is why you have to has auto insurance by law.
