Why are black ppl stereotyped so bad and looked on as dirt!?

like i never hear anything about the white ppl. HELL i could go on fro days!, white men drink and take every drug in the book, white men girls as young as 9 years old and are a bunch of pedophiles and child molesters, white men shoot up elementary schools and there own kin folk! while black men only shoot fake homies. and last ime i checked white girls where the most promiscous, hell some of them make out with other girls!, they sleep with anything that moves and just love to use black guys as there "way out". now not all whites are corny and make the stereotypes like not all black ppl are ghetto and trashy and ugly and ape related. but why are blacks targeted the most? how about the mexicans crossing or swimming the border when there imedietly sent back. and dont even start with asians! but why sre whe such the big bottom of the arrow?
