How can I put mp3 Ringtones on samsung b3410?

I tried to put mp3 files but found out they must be drm'ed so i went to ventones.com and processed it there, but I download a .dm file which the phone doesn't play either. I can't download to the phone as I have no data plan or wifi so my only means of data transfer are bluetooth and usb. PC Studio won't connect to the phone either. So how can I get an mp3 with drm info IN the mp3 or something, that will play on the damn thing as a ringtone? Please Help!
