What is the best way to get Tricare to pay for my tubal reversal?

I've talked to SO many people who have said that they've heard of other women AND men getting Tricare to pay for their contraceptive surgeries to be reversed. Vasectomies and tubal ligations are on the Tricare things that are covered, but NO WHERE can I find that they'll cover my reversal. Should I write to them? Call someone? PLEASE HELP!
