The postcards represent neither. Anomie is a state of normlessness and alienation is ... well ... just that. The first is about mindless revenge, I would probably cite George Dubya as a reference for that. The second is about delusional thinking and an impeded intellectual process. Yeah well Dubya gets the cake again I think. Why do you think these images can be represented sociologically? They could owe their existence to a million theorists. Sorry if I've misunderstood
