Is male enhancement sweeping the media!?

It seems as though all over the internet are advertisements involving male enhancement. I know it sounds absolutely ridiculous, however, it seems as though that's the new trend in 2008-2009. Is this fact? Or am I just subconsciously adhering to it every time I see it?
