Do certain nationalities more than others?

I am a teacher and I often hear black and Mexican children talk about, "There s getting torn up." I seldom hear white children or Asian children even mention it. Last month at the school there was a Mexican girl bragging(Yes actually boasting) to all of her friends about what happens to her behind when she misbehaves.
