Is their something wrong with my dogs groomer?

I have my Golden Retriever groomed at a local place that has been in business for a long time. They seem very nice and have a good reputation but the last time I brought my dog there she stopped at the door and didn' t want to go in. She is very easygoing and laid back so something must have bothered her. Could someone their have treated her harshly? Should I take her to someplace like Petsmart where they have see though gl?
