Does anybody take any natural supplements for back pain?

Maybe try arnica ... they have it in the homeopathic section in most grocery stores. Also ask your chiropractor for a referral to a mage therapist - that is where I got the suggestion for arnica. The spelling looks funny on my screen so just to make sure you get it right, it is a r n i c a . I hope things get better for you soon :)
