How can i make my sleepover really really scary (not just spooky stories i'm talking terrifying)?

I have always had this tradition since i was 7 that i have a scary sleepover on halloween, and this year it has to be tops. Every year i make it better than the last one and now i'm stuck. Any ideas for a really scary, gruesome, horrific sleepover. please help
