I thought my dwarf hamster was going to die last night.. could she have been sick or have cancer/had a stroke?

I cam home to find her head in the litter laying in the middle of the cage. of course i opened the cage and went to pick her up.. no movement at all and her eyes were closed shut. i held her for about 20 minutes and she was starting to move her whiskers and when i fliped her over he slowly started to move her feet. i then gave her a yoggie (a hamster treat) and she started to nibble but with very little movement and her eyes were still shut. i gave her water and she then slowly opened her mouth and licked it about 9 times ad then just layed there. i called up a friend panicked and she told me to put her in a dark corner with food and water and hope for the best. i did so and coming back in two hours later she was starting to slit her eyes open and she started to walk around but VERY slowly and she was shaking/wobbling when she did so. i had her in there overnight and amazingly she looks normal but is shaking occasionaly and next to her front legs/mouth there are noticeable lumps. help
