Jewellery Queery on a ring?

Hi all just been given a family owned piece of jewelery been a ring. Can anyone advise me on some of the markings inside the ring? It has A crown imprinted in and 3 letters and also a 18 which i am aware of. Anyexperts out their have any idea? thanks
