I have constant pain under my right arm near my left . Is this something to worry about?

I have fibrocystic disease in my left which at times can be painful. For the past year now I have had this constant pain near that but more close to my underarm. It even hurts when I wear any type of bra especially underwire. I am 36 years old and no longer have a cycle due to a hysterectomy. My doctor just blames it on the cysts. Should I be concerned?
