Why is my fridge freezer making crazy noises after defrosting?

My frost free freezer was leaking and some kind gentleman on here told me to defrost and clean it out. Which has worked terrifically. But now it makes the more awful noises. Like screaming. And as soon as you shut the door it makes a meeeehhhh noise. Like a sheep. What's wrong now?!?
