Yeah, I think you'll find a surgeon to do it. Normally, I'd say you're too young and maybe you are but you're very determined and I can understand that. My godchild has very small and I keep telling her to wait until she's older to get implants. She's 19 and still plans on it later. I hope that she gets reasonably sized ones though. I don't want her to look like a stripper.
