Fibromyalgia?

My doctors are thinking I have this syndrome. However I can not get into a specialist until July 23. My question is how do I deal with this pain and fatigue Im feeling? Ibuprofin or narcotics are not working. Its starting to take a toll on my life. So if you have a suggestion, please tell me so I can try it. Im beginning to get desperate. Thanks
