Please tell me...?

nah man..you can play by yourself. the best thing is to go through the motions at least... shooting, dribbling, get used to the footwork, devolop quickness.... if you want to train.... use a stability ball or "gunnar ball" and start workin your core... crunches, prison squats... where you put your hands behind your head and squat about 30 times... and alot of people dont stretch because they think its gay but dude honestly stretch up before you do anything. things to avoid eating and drinking are pizza and drinkin soda. and the best advice is to just go out and play every chance you get. nothing will help you more than just playin ball.. good luck with it all man.. later
