Warrant for Arrest?

I had a similar situation. I called the court clerk's office for the district I was in and simply asked. I was able to resolve the warrant without having to go to jail. Oh, just because you have a warrant, doesn't necessarily mean it will come up if the police check. Some warrants are local and do not show up in a national wants/warrants check. It depends on what it is for.
