LGBT: How can I liven up the life?

I know this is a random and personal question but seriously. I'm a and me and my girlfriend pretty much do it like once a week when we hang out. The only place so far is in my bed. We usually so the same routine. I don't want to go into detail but I mean we do everything you can without a toy.. But I just recently got a vibrator and I was just wondering if there are any tips or anything new or just anything that would change up our life a little bit..
